There was talk that Apple Online Store would be launched in
India on Diwali. However, the company has confirmed today that they are
going to open the first Apple online store in India on September
23. Today, the company's CEO Tim Cook confirmed the news in a
tweet. Let us know that customers will get customer support from this
online store in addition to various Apple products. Earlier, Apple product
users in India did not get direct customer care.
However, with the opening of the Apple Online Store, the
company has confirmed that the same product will be available from all
e-commerce sites in India, including Amazon and Flipkart. Apple also said
that they will have a guide in the store who will help the customer to buy the
product of his choice. Customers can get this support online or by
phone. For now, customers in Hindi and English will get this facility.
We know how important it is for our customers to stay in touch with those they love and the world around them. We can’t wait to connect with our customers and expand support in India with the Apple Store online on September 23! 🇮🇳https://t.co/UjR31jzEaY

Apple has said that all products ordered from this online
store will be delivered in a contactless manner. Delivery company BlueDart
will help them in this task. It is known that the product will be
delivered within 24-62 hours of ordering.
Another advantage of the Apple Online Store is that
customers can buy Mac devices according to their needs. This means that
the guide will have to be informed first what configuration is required, that
is how the product will be delivered to him. Also, like students from
other countries, students in this country will also be able to buy various
Apple products at a discount, such as Macs, iPads, etc.
Apple Care + online service can be purchased from here for an additional 2 years warranty. This service provides technical support or accidental damage protection. Apple will open its first physical retail stores in Mumbai and Bangalore next year.
